This dissatisfaction has a very significant impact on the quality of services provided by expert doctors and general practitioners. The job satisfaction felt by a doctor is an important issue because there is a relationship between the services provided such as the continuity of services and the cost of health services Materials and Methods: Data were taken in May 2025 using a questionnaire as an instrument using modified likert scale measurements. The research model used is a structural equation model (SEM) with a partial least squares (PLS-SEM) approach, with a sample of all functional doctors at Sekarwangi Hospital. Results: A total of 66 functional doctors at Sekarwangi Hospital participated in this study. Medical Services had a significant direct influence on Satisfaction with a path coefficient of ? = 0.434, p < .001, and an effect size of f2 of 0.232 (medium category). In contrast, the effect of Medical Services on Motivation (? = 0.308, p = .289) and Performance (total ? = 0.051, p = .686) was not significant, although there were positive indirect effects of Medical Services on Performance (? = 0.199, p = .118), through mediation pathways involving Satisfaction or Motivation. The effect of satisfaction on performance showed a total effect that was close to marginally significant (? = 0.350, p = .058) with an effect size of f2 of 0.102 (small–medium category), although the direct effect (? = 0.334, p = .157) was not significant at the conventional level. The direct effect of Satisfaction on Motivation was also insignificant (? = 0.103, p = .670), with a very small effect size (f2 = 0.010). The direct relationship between Motivation and Performance was also not significant (? = 0.153, p = .607), with a small effect size (f2 = 0.023). Conclusion: Although physicians' perceptions of the Medical Services system have been shown to contribute significantly to job satisfaction, it is not strong enough to directly drive an increase in their motivation and performance.
2025-09-04T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/448 Analysis Of The Causes Of Pending Bpjs Health Claims At Melania Bogor Hospital 2025-08-21T08:42:50+00:00 Sari Riastiningsih riastiningsihsari@gmail.com Andriyani Andriyani riastiningsihsari@gmail.com Suherman Suherman riastiningsihsari@gmail.com Triana Srisantyorini riastiningsihsari@gmail.com Laksmita Dwana riastiningsihsari@gmail.com
This study analyzes the causes of pending BPJS Kesehatan claims at Melania Bogor Hospital, emphasizing the complex interplay of human resources, document completeness, and operational procedures. The research identifies that a significant factor contributing to pending claims is the limited capacity of the Casemix team, with only one member having received external training in claims coding. Additionally, inaccuracies in medical documentation, such as unclear diagnoses and incomplete supporting documents, hinder the claims process. The absence of a comprehensive hospital information system (SIMRS) for automatic validation further exacerbates the issue. The findings reveal that pending claims not only disrupt the hospital's cash flow but also increase the workload for administrative staff, leading to delays in service provision. This research underscores the need for improved training, enhanced documentation practices, and better integration of digital systems to ensure timely processing of claims and maintain the quality of health services.
2025-09-08T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/462 Website-Based Experiential Learning Cycle Training Management Model To Enhance Professional Competence Of Biology Teachers In Mgmp South Jakarta 2025-08-25T04:22:37+00:00 Mashudi Alamsyah mashudi.alamsyah@gmail.com Sri Setyaningsih sri_setya@unpak.ac.id Soewarto Hardhienata soewartohardhienata@unpak.ac.id
Improving teachers' professional competence is the main demand in dealing with curriculum changes and educational technology developments. Biology teachers as part of the implementation of science education are required not only to master the teaching materials, but also to be able to manage innovative and student-centered learning. However, the reality is that there are still many teachers who experience obstacles in implementing experiential learning, both due to limited training and supportive learning media. In addition, conventional training that has been attended by teachers is considered less flexible and ineffective to support in-depth mastery of the material. Therefore, an experiential learning cycle-based training model developed through digital platforms is needed, so that it is able to answer the challenge of developing teachers' professional competencies in a sustainable and flexible manner. The research approach used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) research method. The data collection techniques used in this study are interview techniques and declassification analysis. The analysis method used in this research and development is an analysis that is able to support the achievement of the goals of research and development activities, namely a website-based experiential learning cycle training management model. Based on the results of theoretical studies, regulations, and needs analysis in the field, a website-based experiential learning cycle training model has been developed which is packaged in an application called LearnPress, in order to improve the professional competence of teachers in Indonesia. This model is designed in accordance with the concept of experiential learning and teacher competency strengthening policies. The validation results from the material experts showed that the training content was very good in supporting the mastery of biology material, while the validation from the media expert confirmed the feasibility of the display, navigation, and interactivity of the website as a digital learning medium. Effectiveness tests through various stages of scale show that LearnPress is highly effective and contributes positively to improving teachers' professional competence.
2025-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/468 The Effect of Innovation Barriers and Green Skepticism on Millennials and Gen Z's Intention to Resist Green Baby Care Products in Indonesia 2025-08-21T07:55:28+00:00 Dian Hamsah hamsahdian@gmail.com Mas Wahyu Wibowo maswahyuwibowo@mercubuana.ac.id
As sustainability gains momentum worldwide, green-labeled products are flooding the market, including in the baby care segment. However, adoption is not guaranteed among Indonesian Millennials and Gen Z, despite their environmental awareness. This study investigates why Indonesian Millennials and Gen Z still resist green baby care products by examining how functional and psychological barriers shape consumer decisions. A structured online survey of 222 respondents was conducted, and data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results reveal that usage, value, and tradition barriers significantly increase resistance, while risk and image barriers do not. Notably, green skepticism strengthens the effect of the value barrier, meaning that when consumers doubt the truth behind “green” claims, their perception of product value weakens, further amplifying resistance. However, green skepticism does not significantly moderate other types of barriers. This study extends Innovation Resistance Theory by incorporating green skepticism as a moderating factor in the context of baby care, a category rarely examined in previous studies. This integration provides new insights into how skepticism toward sustainability claims can interact with innovation barriers in shaping consumer resistance. These findings call for action: Brands must go beyond labels. To win over today’s critical, connected consumers, companies must not only deliver real value and ease of use, but also improve product visibility and accessibility. In addition, addressing habitual buying patterns and building trust through transparent, evidence-based communication are crucial to reducing resistance and supporting adoption of green innovations, especially among young, discerning parents.
2025-09-03T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/476 Analysis of M-Commerce Adoption in Online Food Delivery Services Using the TAM3, UTAUT2, and TOE Models in MSMES in the Food and Beverage Sector in the Central Parahyangan Area, West Java 2025-08-29T02:50:18+00:00 Muhammad Farrell Pradichytama Raksawaruga awelzoyawel@student.telkomuniversity.ac.id Siska Noviaristanti siskamarhen@telkomuniversity.ac.id
Mobile commerce in online food delivery services (OFDS) is a technological innovation designed to simplify digital business operations. Many modest homes in the area were built without considering earthquake resistance standards, thus posing a high risk of damage and casualties. This research aims to evaluate the reliability level of simple house buildings against earthquakes in the Tandes, Asemrowo, and Sukomanunggal Districts, West Surabaya, which are crossed by the Kendeng Fault. The methods used are Rapid Visual Screening (RVS) based on FEMA P-154 guidelines and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) as a deductive approach to map the causes of structural vulnerability. The results showed that none of the 30 housing units met the safety criteria; 76.7% of buildings require follow-up evaluation, and 23.3% are classified as unsafe. The dominant factors affecting vulnerability include non-standard foundation conditions, the absence of structural fastening elements, the use of wall materials without reinforcement, and the irregularity of building geometry. These findings indicate the need for technical intervention through structural retrofit, public education about earthquake-resistant buildings, and the formulation of regulations for the construction of residential houses in earthquake-prone zones. The combination of RVS and FTA methods has proven effective in providing a comprehensive overview of the structural condition of existing buildings and can be used as the basis for seismic risk mitigation strategies in urban areas.
2025-09-09T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/501 Analysis of Google Play Store Reviews Using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) for the Development of Mobile Banking Application Businesses Wondr BNI 2025-08-25T03:06:03+00:00 Ade Naufal Febrianto naufalade62@gmail.com
In the digital era, mobile banking applications have become essential services for modern society. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 204 respondents using TransJakarta electric bus services, as well as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4.0). The results of the analysis show that the three main variables, namely green branding, green perceived value, and environmental concern, have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. However, of the three moderation interactions tested, only two were significant: green trust was shown to strengthen the relationship between green perceived value and environmental concern for loyalty, while green trust moderation was found to be related to green branding insignificant. These findings indicate that consumer trust in a company's environmental commitment plays an important role in reinforcing the value impact of green perception and environmental concern on loyalty, but is not enough to moderate the pre-formed perception of green brands. However, there is still not much research that comprehensively examines how preferences for green products influence consumers' decisions to return to treatment. The population of this study are consumers who have had treatment and have the intention to repeat treatment at beauty clinics in Jakarta. Research samples will be taken from five beauty clinics located in Jakarta. Respondent criteria include consumers who have undergone treatment at the clinic and are willing to participate in the research. Data will be collected through a questionnaire, then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research results show that perceived product quality, perceived price, and service quality have a significant positive effect on intention to repeat treatment. Furthermore, green products were found to moderate the relationship between perceived product quality and intention to repeat treatment in a significant negative direction, conversely, green products moderated the relationship between perceived price and service quality and intention to repeat treatment in a significant positive direction
2025-08-27T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/471 The Influence of Green Transformational Leadership, Career Development and Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement Mediated by Organizational Commitment 2025-08-21T07:57:38+00:00 Shiomy Suci Wulandari Ramadhan shiomysramadhan@gmail.com Agus Arijanto agus.arijanto@gmail.com
Organizations face significant challenges in the BANI era, including productivity issues, difficulties in culture building, and crises of employee trust. Only 21% of employees globally feel actively engaged at work. This study aims to examine the influence of Green Transformational Leadership, Career Development, and Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement, with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at AirNav Indonesia, a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in the Air Navigation Service Sector. The population in this study includes all low-level employees categorized as non-managerial at AirNav Indonesia, totaling 1,062 employees, with a sample size of 278 employees. This study employs a quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), assisted by SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that Green Transformational Leadership, Career Development, and Organizational Culture each have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Additionally, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. Furthermore, Green Transformational Leadership, Career Development, and Organizational Culture are positively and significantly associated with Organizational Commitment. As for the mediating role, Organizational Commitment is proven to partially mediate the relationship between Green Transformational Leadership, Career Development, and Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement. These findings indicate that sustainable and employee-oriented HR practices, particularly in green leadership, career development, and organizational culture, can enhance Employee Engagement and overall organizational performance.
2025-08-27T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/487 Analysis of Clinical Evidence and Latest Fantastic Four Guidelines in Heart Failure Management 2025-08-21T08:40:40+00:00 Ananda Siti Fatimah anandasitifatimah22@gmail.com
Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) is a leading global cause of illness and death. Although treatments exist, recurrence and mortality rates remain high. The Fantastic Four therapy—combining ARNI, beta-blockers, MRAs, and SGLT2 inhibitors—has proven effective in improving outcomes. However, its implementation faces challenges such as clinical, regulatory, and access barriers, as well as limited understanding among healthcare providers. This research aims to analyze the latest clinical evidence underlying the recommendation for using the Fantastic Four in heart failure management, as well as to evaluate its suitability and implications for clinical practice. The research method used is a qualitative approach through literature review, with analysis stages including data screening, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research findings indicate that all four classes of medications are highly effective in reducing cardiovascular mortality and hospitalization rates in patients with HFrEF. The latest guidelines from the ESC 2021 and ACC/AHA/HFSA 2022 recommend initiating this therapy simultaneously from the time of diagnosis. However, implementation in practice, including in Indonesia, remains inconsistent. Lack of clinician understanding and the absence of these therapies in the JKN scheme pose additional barriers. Patient compliance issues, drug interactions, and monitoring of side effects also present challenges. Therefore, systematic strategies, education, and evidence-based policies are needed to ensure effective implementation of these therapies. These findings support the need for adaptation of global guidelines and the development of evidence-based policies to support the implementation of modern combination therapy for heart failure patients.
2025-09-09T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/499 Determinants of Firm Value with Enterprise Risk Management as a Moderating Variable in KBMI 3 and 4 Commercial Banks 2025-08-29T02:35:52+00:00 Rampi Melati melati.rampi@gmail.com Indra Siswati indra.siswanti@mercubuana.ac.id
The banking sector plays a pivotal role in a nation's economic stability and growth, with firm value being a critical indicator of a bank's health and market perception. In Indonesia, banks are categorized based on core capital (Kelompok Bank Berdasarkan Modal Inti—KBMI), where groups 3 and 4 comprise the largest institutions with significant systemic influence. This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, credit risk, institutional ownership, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm value, with enterprise risk management (ERM) as a moderating variable. Firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio. The sample consists of 13 commercial banks categorized under KBMI 3 and 4 during the period 2017 to 2024. The analytical method used is panel data regression employing the random effect model approach. The results indicate that profitability and CSR have a positive and significant effect on firm value. On the other hand, non-performing loans (NPL) and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect on firm value. The moderation test reveals that ERM strengthens the relationship between profitability and CSR with firm value. However, ERM does not moderate the relationship between NPL and institutional ownership with firm value. These findings highlight the importance of profitability, CSR implementation, and effective risk management in enhancing firm value in the banking sector. Meanwhile, asset quality and ownership structure have not shown a significant role in shaping market perception.
2025-09-09T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development https://journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/504 The Influence of Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Indomaret Retail Stores In Bandung City 2025-08-29T02:44:19+00:00 Rudi Mulia mm-24158@students.ithb.ac.id Ronny Samsul Bahri ronny.bahri@binus.ac.id
The modern retail sector in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, with Indomaret emerging as a leading minimarket chain.
